Simple is the new sexy.
Taking your life to the next level can be simple. But as people, it can be challenging to see what—and how—to shift things. It’s that whole “can’t see the forest for the trees” thing, right? But to live life on purpose, free from trudging through the muck of “too busy”-ness, giving yourself permission to do the things you love without sacrificing the people you love…how freakin’ awesome is that?!
This is about embracing everything your heart desires and learning the tools on how to live your vision board life every day. It is possible.
What if feeling vibrant was easy?
Food, relationships, scheduling. I am all about making life easy. If it’s hard, why the heck do it?!
But in a world that caters to and pushes the fraud of busy, how do you switch that up?
It’s time to get clear (and cut the crap).
Ending overwhelm means taking steps to change your relationship with yourself while creating a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. I’m here to help guide you in the process.
C’mon. Let’s go find the forest and the trees.
What is Sunflower & Sage?
We chose the name Sunflower & Sage for a few reasons. Both plants have health benefits, for one.
With a sunflower, you take one seed and from that grows this incredible flower that produces hundreds more seeds. In the Native American traditions, sage is considered a sacred herb. To be a sage also implies great wisdom.
That’s what coaching is all about; clients cultivating amazing growth, and learning to tap into their own inner sage.
Who we are:

Naomi
Health & Vitality Coach
As a former personal trainer and a yoga instructor, I bring the “drop and give me 20!” attitude of the gym together with the “oooom” of yoga to my coaching sessions.
During my time in the health and wellness field, I’ve had the good fortune to work with clients and groups at public and private institutions, including Google, Yahoo! and AOL. I’m a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and committed to working with clients through whole foods.

Bear
Native Elder & Healer
Using Native teachings and the Medicine Wheel clients understand who they are in life, and gain a different perspective on their defining moments. Through their work on fear, anger, sadness, traumatic events, etc, they begin to experience forgiveness for themselves and others, and learn to create life from a place of joy.
I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to study with Kumu Hula Uncle George Na’ope before he crossed over, and have worked alongside industry leaders such as Tad James, Greg Montana, and Peak Potentials.
