I'm Naomi

Before the work I do now...

I was already good at speaking. People often said, “That was a great talk!” But I’ll be honest: “Great” is just polite. It isn’t the same as moving people to action.

My words didn't do anything yet because I was still living in separate boxes:

• Leadership and communication

• Holistic health and healing

• Creative expression

• Ancient wisdom and ceremony

Each world was powerful, but they weren't speaking to each other. I was using my creativity to read the room and feel into the nuance of what wasn't being said—but I hadn't yet figured out how to bring that truth to the surface.

That disconnection came at a cost. I was exhausted. Doing meaningful work, but shrinking to fit.

Overgiving. Over-functioning. Carrying roles I was never meant to carry alone.

Like so many midlife women, I was burning energy I didn’t actually have, trying to prove I was still “on top of things”… while my body and intuition were quietly whispering: There’s another way.

Reclaiming My Power

In this mid-life transition, words like "Crone," "Wise Woman," and "Sage" didn't scare me. What mattered was what this season carries — the kind of self-knowledge, authority, and creative clarity that doesn't need a title to be felt.

I stopped gathering certifications and started listening to the Indigenous Elders & Grandmothers I studied with. I stopped performing and outsourcing my intuition, and started integrating:

Strategy & Spirit — marrying NLP precision with the bone-deep quiet of ceremony
Presence & Practice — moving past performance into embodiment
Linearity & The Liminal — bridging corporate leadership with ancestral wisdom and creativity

From that work emerged The B.E.A.R. Method® — Beyond Ego. Aligned Results.

Not a formula. A way of being. A framework that helps women:

Lead and create from feminine authority — in boardrooms, on stages, and in the work only they can make

Some fun facts about me...

I own enough markers and craft supplies to open an art store… and no, Bear does not agree this is “reasonable.”

Our 'how we met' story is a thriller. As a pasty girl from Iowa, I was convinced Bear (he's Apache) was trying to kill me. Spoiler: That didn't work out for him. Or did it?

My favorite places include: the beach, the art studio, a cozy coffee shop and I LOVE me some time in a salt room.

Sitting in ceremony taught me a sense of presence and power that no certification ever could—it’s the place that feels most like home.

Over the years, I've been called a lot of things: witch, magician, bad-ass healer. One client even called me her "pool floaties" because I helped her "survive the deep end."

One thing I took away from singing in cathedrals across Germany is when you’ve felt your voice echo in sacred space, it stays with you.
