By purchasing, registering for, or participating in any program, workshop, or digital offering from Naomi Calderon Coaching, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
COMMUNICATIONS + REMINDERS
By signing up for a workshop, coaching session, or program, you may receive reminder emails and/or SMS messages (if activated). These communications may include logistical updates, event links, bonus invitations, and special offers related to Naomi Calderon Coaching.
To opt out of SMS, simply reply “STOP.” To opt back in, sign up again through our website. Message and data rates may apply. For questions, reply “HELP” or email [email protected]
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products (including templates, toolkits, mini-trainings, and recordings) are delivered electronically and provide immediate access. As such, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
WORKSHOPS + EVENTS
All live or recorded workshops, trainings, and special events are final sale. No refunds or transfers will be issued for missed events. Replay access will be provided when applicable.
PRIVATE + GROUP COACHING
Enrollment in any Naomi Calderon Coaching program constitutes agreement to the specific terms outlined at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified:
The League of Extraordinary Women is a non-refundable investment. No cancellations or partial refunds are allowed.
Other coaching programs may include a 30-day cancellation window. In such cases, the first payment is non-refundable and covers your initial month of access.
Private intensives and Time Line Therapy Breakthroughs are pre-paid and non-refundable under all circumstances.
Program bonuses are subject to change and may vary depending on when you enroll or current promotions.
All payment plans are binding and must be completed in full unless explicitly stated otherwise.
If Naomi takes vacation during your active coaching container, your access will be extended accordingly.
MEMBERSHIPS (FUTURE OFFERING)
If you join a monthly membership, your billing will renew automatically each month unless canceled prior to your renewal date. You may cancel anytime, but no prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.
CONTENT + RECORDINGS
Coaching sessions, workshops, and trainings may be recorded for your benefit and used for Naomi Calderon Coaching’s content library. Portions of these recordings (video, screenshots, or written highlights) may also be repurposed for educational or promotional use across Naomi’s platforms.
By participating, you grant permission for Naomi Calderon Coaching to use your likeness (image, voice, written comments) in testimonials, celebrations, or promotional material, unless you request otherwise in writing.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Free resources and group spaces (like The Magnetic Presence Lounge on Facebook) are intended to foster connection, inspiration, and respectful dialogue. Promotional content, unsolicited offers, or disruptive behavior may result in removal at Naomi’s sole discretion.

All materials, videos, scripts, tools, and resources are the intellectual property of Naomi Calderon Coaching and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without explicit written permission.
